Please be changed ready for this session PRIOR to arrival

Lunch will be provided

Please report any injuries that need treatment and to allow the physio to make provisions

It is estimated the session will complete approximately 3:00 to 3.30pm at the very latest 

Remember, if you are unable to get transport, to save cost, please consider car sharing - contact your team mates, any staff members to help each other out
